All that means is that they were deleted off the account. I believe if the questions were changed, it would still be green. Furthermore, free bump! <3

 

The Recovery questions aren't activated, as Runescape recently added "Jagex Account Guardian". I dont have that because no email is registered to the account.

They aren't activated, but "changed". so doesn't this mean after some time the account WILL have some recovery questions set?

 

Here are the screenshots, so you will understand! I can't recover as there is no email registered and the recovery questions are replaced by JAGEX ACCOUNT GUARDIAN, which is not even activated. As you can see, once the jagex account guardian is activated, it blocks out users unless the device is registered to your account. For example, on my tank I NEED rsgp on, my laptop is registered to the account, but when i go on another laptop to use my tank, it pops up my JAGEX ACCOUNT GUARDIAN QUESTIONS NOT RECOVERY QUESTIONS. So pretty much, it's a safe deal.
