Very dissatisfied. He couldnt confirm my identity with my past 3 addresses, photocopy of drivers license, pms on sythe, successful payment via paypals debit card payment option, and comparison of paypal payment email to email on my sythe account and the email used to pay for the product. Claimed it was a violation of security rules. Claims to have refunded payment. Will see. If I'm not refunded rest assured I'll be back on this thread. I'd reccommend Theresa over this "website" service everyday of the week.



P.S. Refund was in fact successful. While not an outright scam, as a legitimate consumer on holiday out of state, I was simply upset with the type of pushy do-it-my-way kind of service I received. At least I got paid back :/
