ladygaga possible scammer?

So I'm selling this steam account and this guy PM'd me about how much i wanted...
I immediatly had my foot back cause i saw he only had 2 posts.. And he had already posted in another 100$+ steam account for sale.
So i add him on skype, and the chat begins.
First time we talked just regular talking, about prices and stuff.
However, today, he wanted to check if the games i had were available in his region, so i told him to check the store with the ?cc=ro, where he can see that.
He then proceeded to insist that i would go into his teamviewer and login in in his computer. First thing i check'd when i joined, does this guy have a AV? (Obviously no he hadn't) So i thought, ok, he has a keylogger obviously, and i didn't login. I then proceeded to show him the games were available by using a romanian VPN. Everything was fine. He then requested a middleman. After a bit of talking he refered "Corey" from this website. I went to check on him and saw that he only do MM through MSN and added him.
So the scammer decided that Corey had a skype account named "vampire_at_day", which profile data say he is from Brasil and born at 19 February 1989, which is not Corey's data.
At this point i just gave up and decided to tell him, listen your trying to scam me, i can feel it, so do you want to do a fair trade or what?
He then showed me a photoshop'd screenshot of corey's login, which is fairly easy to do, except he forgot to remove the romanian top on the google chrome translation service (lulz). I guess they speak romanian in Canada?
He asked me if i could login in his computer again, and i just quitted.
He removed me.

In my opinion this guy is a scammer and should be banned.

You need to show that this skype belongs to the profile and show the actual skype username in the pictures.
