    my membership ran out by 1 day - still 700k eligable?

    i barely play and my account ran out on the 14th (yesterday)

    i was going to renew today, but i really don't want to miss out on the 700k xp. is there anything i can do to still be eligable? posted in the rs forums asking in general discussion hope to get an answer.

    You're definitely still eligible!
    Either contact JaGex at [email protected] and have an appropriate subject and they'll reply ASAP!

    In fact I had the same issue as you. I however was 2 days late for the 300k eligibility in August and they e-mailed me back with a good response instructing me telling me what to do. In the e-mail be sure to tell them your username for RuneScape as they will be able to check to see if you're actually eligible. I also posted on the forums when I had the same issue and I've attached the correct forum below:
    Customer Support > Billing support > Give billing support feedback

    Post your feedback there and just ask the questions. Act as if you're disappointed that you can't get the xp. Even if it's in the wrong section a Mod will move it but still answer it. JaGex check their feedback forums very regularly and answer in record times for the most part :)

    Good luck and you will be eligible if you get in contact with a Mod on the forums or e-mail them :)

    EDIT: Just realized you posted in the General section. You may struggle to get an answer there. Try posting in some of the Account help sections and you will 100% get this resolved, trust me.

    Go on the forums, or send them a ticket. They will still give it to you.

    Whenever you have problems like this in the future, it's best just to send them a message.

    You should, I get the "first batch" of benefits when I emailed and my non-member days has gone past 10.
