Quick question about JAG

Let's say you just buy a new main off of someone, if you put jag on it. Is the account still reoverable via recovery forms?

Sorry if its a dumb question but i don't know.

 

Anyone can send an email to jagex with the correct information, but not possible when an email is registered with manual recoveries.

 

From what I know, JAG makes a account inaccessible on another location.

But the original owner can still recover their account even with JAG on. They just cannot access the account on their own computer.
