Why do you think user is ban evading?:

After he was banned earlier today, I guess he managed to find another account to spam flood/raise his post count. The account has been inactive since 2011, up until today, where he is spam flooding primarily the sports/outdoor section and the movies/television sections (others as well)--the exact same thing Aggravation did.

As you can see, all of his posts are approximately a minute apart, short and useless, and an extremely obvious give-a-way in my opinion. I'm not quite sure what his agenda is by doing this is...

Idk I could be wrong, but I'd be surprised if this turned out just to be a coincidence. If the accounts don't match, then just treat this as a spam report and "handle" him for gravedigging which he has done extensively.
