Good or Bad idea?

As the EOC is coming out soon I want to be prepared!
I have made plans to spend 250M accordingly to improve my account ready for the update, at the moment I would be a level 192 with the new combat level system of defence + 2 + x (where x is your highest attack strength range or mage level?) but my account isn't that good that it should be that just has 99 strength and 91 defence making it high level ¬_¬.

So I plan to get all these levels VIA bot AND by hand before the EOC:

99 attack
99 defence
99 constitution
99 range
99 mage
99 summoning
96 herblore
95 prayer
several other skills not so important.

I plan to either get those and go bossing with friends when EOC is out probably at corp aiming to get a divine sigil in like 1 in 100000000 drop but oh well....

Not sure if its worth it or not....

 

Hell I'd say it's worth it. If you can get Goliath gloves and use that + gano + ely + dread nips if you could! Thats at least what I'm trying to get to right now

 

Looks like a maxed main to me. :3 You can still PK on them because people do PK on maxed mains, people stake on them, and they're the best account for bossing/PVM. TBH you can't go wrong with one.

 

Yeah, don't care much for PKing gave that up a long time ago and did some staking but would like to get into PVMing instead and try to max my account to 2496 then see how much it goes for with comp cape...If I ever get there :/

 

If you enjoy PvM then it would be worth it. You may want to try and borrow someones account and give bossing a go if you haven't tried it already to see if the idea will appeal to you or if it will be a waste of time.

Max your account out its always worth it but runescape is done for by next year.

 

mains are so fun to play on, i feared i wouldnt want to play much after getting maxed but its quite the opposite pvm made this game so much more interesting. and "joeys upgrades" is full of shit, runescape has several years atleast jagex is making money end of story .

 

Yeah even If I don't boss or get tired of it hellooo to staking for bils again.

 

Do you still enjoy the game? I'm guessing that if you want to raise your stats in order to go bossing then you at least still enjoy some aspects and therefore I'd say go for it! It's definitely worth it if you'll get some fun and enjoyment out of it.

Sometimes the most rewarding thing on Runescape can be setting goals and watching yourself maintain progress towards completing them. Goodluck with whatever you decide to do!
