[TV] Account Interaction

I've been banned for interacting with my other account. I really only ever used the account for luring people I knew were scammers, and it worked on more than one occasion.

I really don't think I've ever had them "interact" on a thread (responding to each other's posts or something like that). However, I have PM'd information between the two, but only things like font colors, signatures that I used to have, just things for reference or so that I don't lose them.
If that counts as ban-worthy interaction, then I guess fair is fair. I didn't know that PM'ing wasn't allowed, so I'll take my ban.

The ban length for account interaction is 3 months. I would however strongly recommend you request a pardon. Also, the interaction between your accounts was not the PMing; PMing between accounts is fine as far as I know.

Presumably your other account was 'Chavo'. There are IP matches, and the issuing mod has reason to believe so as well. If it is true that your other account is Chavo, then the interaction is strong, and not due to PMing.

Normal members can't see the interaction because all posts were deleted because it was a sticky. Staff can however (simply ctrl + f "Chavo", then view the post).

You can see in the URL bar that the post corresponds to the thread (cross reference the numbers). Since you made the sticky, and Chavo is your account, though the interaction is minor and non-malicious, it is still interaction, and the rules still have been broken.


I'd strongly recommend you apply for a High Pardon.

 

Just to add, i would support the pardon, and im sure others would as well. I understand you had good intentions in mind and that will be taken into account.
