    What do you think?

You can build one yourself for ~200 dollars cheaper.
Are you interested in gaming or just a new desktop?

There's a reason why it has a 3 out of 5 newegg rating. Check the reviews before you consider any computer. CyberpowerPC and iBuypower seem to be really unreliable. If you are comfortable with it, you should really build one instead. You will save money.

    What do you think?

Could you post specs of your current computer?
If you upgrade the one you have it will save you a good chunk instead of having to buy a case.
If you don't know how just go to start > run > "dxdiag" > screenshot general/visual tabs > upload and paste

I looked on new egg for the parts this computer has and found these two, already saving you 300 dollars if you have the right power supply.

    What do you think?

Why would you give him a 3770k?

For gaming a 3550 is perfectly fine or even a 2500k. If he is thinking about buying from cyberpower then i highly doubt he would need to overclock. (no offence)

@OP: What kind of games are you intending on playing.

I intent on playing Black Ops 2, WoW MoP. Other FPS' and high graphic games.

Also my current computer blows, and I'm not using parts from it in a new computer. The Power Supply is like 300W. So screw that.

    What do you think?

It's funny how the processor is overkill for gaming but the graphics card is shit/the bottleneck of the system..

    Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129066

    Cpu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072
    Cpu cooler (liquid): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181017
Totals to $1155 not including rebates, discounts, etc + it comes with borderlands 2. The cpu cooler would let you overclock to at least 4.5ghz+ but is optional.
Specs: intel i5 2500k Sandy bridge, msi gtx 660ti, 8gb corsair vengeance 1600 cl9, 1tb hdd, corsair h100 liquid cpu cooler

This build could run any game atm on high, some on ultra.. while you'd be lucky to run some games on high with the prebuilt you wanted to get.

    This.

Although no need for the liquid cpu cooler, i doubt you will overclock it. You could even get the locked version of the 2500k if you wanted too. To skim out even more to lower your budget swap out the 1TB hard drive for a 500GB. 500GB is rarely even filled up, at least for me, not sure about you.

Apart from that, this build looks quite good.

If you are interested in buying a prebuilt computer, which you really shouldn't as im sure there are numerous people across this site that would video call you and give you assistance putting a computer together, then i would consider newegg. Probably the most reputable pc seller on the market. You could always check overclock.net as well.

For the games your playing you don't need very high specs.
