Sorry, no, I have not. Just been very busy... and thanks to the 350,000xp boost I have an over 1,000 total level on it

 

when will you give it away?

 

When I can no longer bot on it, it is sexy, or it is maxed.

 

Okay, so I am NOT quitting botting this account. But I am going to stop using PowerBot. Instead I will use Simba and RiD (RobotzInDisguise)

The reasoning behind this is it seems Jagex is creeping closer to stopping the injection bots and banning them, and none of us want this account banned.

For the skills not yet able to be leveled by using color bots I will either buy legit leveling or I will do the skilling myself. If the leveling is too much work or is not affordable the levels will stay right where they are

If anyone has private Simba script they would like to either donate or sell to me at a lower price then usual. Please let me know, by either PMing me or adding my Skype, iamorange12RS.

I am also about to update the first post again.

glad to see your sticking with it, why do you think injection bots are going to be on the outs, they arent to hard to stop but they arent banning specifically injection bots at all .

I'm personally a firm believer in color bots being the best method that is least likely to get you banned. Though that's probably just because the first bot I ever used was a color bot and I've yet to get a ban using a color bot. I've only gotten a 14 day ban and a rollback using kiko's old (from RSBuddy) Gatestoning script and that was on a fresh account. Still I've seen allot more bans with injection and reflection bots than color.

However, I believe I've only answered part of your question with the above statement.

The reason I think injection bots are a highly prized target to Jagex is quite simple, and the reason being that Mass Goldfarmers are in my belief who they are trying to stop and that in stopping the Mass Goldfarmers a nice and welcome side-effect is stopping the injection bots.

I also do not see how Jagex can stop color bots without affecting the average user in a huge way, such as adding captcha codes.

If they were to stop color bots I would be all like, (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ .

Then I would like to ask you a question. How do you know they aren't targeting/banning specifically injection bots? I'm not trying to call you out... just thinking that you might have a source of information that I don't have

Lots of goldfarmers use private scripts/bots that are primarily color based from what i gather so they would be a bigger target i would think. i say they are primarily colorbased because tons of green dragon bots, chin bots, and turoth bots survived the last nuke that completely took out injection for 3+ months jagex said they would be able to stop "screen scraper bots" (one would assume they mean color) sometime in april or so. My point is simba gets bans just as often as injection bots, its all dependent on the scripter and the quality of the antiban. Injections only weakness is new updates are more succeptable to take it down for a while. I used kikps gatestoner script too, it just wasnt lifelike at all. Color bots do seem to be more reliable in the past though, its just hard to take something out that runs off of color, thatd be the only benefit to them imo

 

From what I understood the reason that the bots survived the first bot nuke for gold-farmers was NOT because they were color but instead because they were OpenGL bots, coded by professional coders. Though I could be wrong.

Make no mistake about it, color bots ARE screen-scraper bots.

I really do not know the statistics about bans with Injection or Color. But from what I've experienced color seems safer, once again I could be wrong. Also, in my opinion/from what I understand anti-ban, such as viewing a skill really won't do much, especially if the movements of the mouse don't look even close to a human.

You must also remember that color bots are probably immune to at least one step in Jagex's detection system, and that step would be (if it exists) the "injected" code part of detection. I'm no expert in coding but that just seems to be common sense to me, that one bot "looks" at the color the code puts out and the injection bots "read" the code behind the color.

By the way, I hope you don't see this as arguing, I see it as a healthy debate - so I hope you do as well

Nah i dont see it as arguing, i was just genuinely curious as to why you made the move. Im fairly confident jagex hasnt ever implemented a detection system thats read the code... atleast i havent been banned ever and ive been using injection bots a pretty long time, you do however have me paranoid now. Thanks -_-
