06Scape money..

How much do you think the gp will sell for then?
I can remember back in 2006, 1m went for around £12.
I used to sell 100k for £10 at school lol!
Ah the good old days, i can see the price of 06scape money being pretty pricey! Can't wait to start playing.

 

To be honest i really can't see it being expensive at all, people will find exploits and bugs to mass make money, and they'll sell 10x cheaper than you try to.

Plus at the end of the day its a private server, sure maybe you got £12 for 1m in 2006, just because 06scape is set in 2006 doesn't mean it'll replicate the gold prices, much smaller community, which tend to be cheaters, i reckon people will try bot it, not many people at all will want to buy gold.

And realistically 06scape gold will not exceed the price of RS gold, so you'd be lucky to get $0.5/m let alone £12.

 

hmm i think 06scape has potentionally got a very good chance of attracting a massive community.
I haven't played rs since 2009 due to jagex completely ruining it. I've been looking at few rs videos on youtuve and reading through forums and all the hype is about the release of 06scape.
I played pre-alpha and i must say it brought back memories, fantastic memories, and i think it'll have a very large community, and it'll only get bigger. I can see it being bigger than rs tbh. That game has gone from being amazing to dire, it's laughable. I can also see the price of money being more than
0/5$ .. but that's just me, we'll have to wait and see i suppose!

 

Judging from past private servers their gold isn’t worth much. Just because the game has a 06 theme it doesn’t mean it will be anywhere close to runescape six years ago. If the 06 gp ever has a decent value gold farmers will flood the game and cause the gp to crash. I could see 06scape gp going from .05-.10 a mil since nobody is going to much for cash on a game that could get shut down tomorrow. Not to mention all the glitches that are bound to happen.
