Could someone help me out?

I was going through some old documents on my computer and I found an account I made a long time ago which got locked for some reason or another, I then became inactive on the account and completely forgot about it. I went to put a recovery in for it earlier today and It has an email set so I am assuming someone has recovered it as its an old account, I can't get onto the actual page where you can enter recovery questions without putting in an email. Does anyone know what I need to do?

Any suggestions are appreciated

 

Email [email protected] or post on the forums under "Hijacker set email" thread, then it will take up to 4 weeks, but they will lock it, and remove the email to allow you to manually recover the account.

Click 'Login to website' on the top right then login to your account and you'll see an option to reply to the thread(make a post).
BTW, once you login you'll see a quick reply message box right at the bottom of the page and you will be able to make a most there
