Need a CC to verify my paypal

Hi, didn't know where to post so i thought about here, well i need a credit card to verify paypal ill go first to trusted otherwise you will, ill pay in RSGP ( about 5M rsgp)

 

Might be easier to set up a bank account and verify your account with that. Only issue is if you're under 18 i'm pretty sure you need a parent with you.

 

Well i just need a CC with like 2-3 USD so i can get it verified, thanks anyway

 

Get your own credit/debit card? This seems dodgy as fuck. And fairly sure it's not the most legitimate of ideas.

 

Its not legitimate, i am aware of that, and i am not sketchy just asking for it ,
And i am underage, and i want to verify my PP so i life the limit

 

A CC won't verify it, just lift the limits.

The credit card has to match your personal details and address registered on your paypal account.

 

Not sure if it still works but when I was living in Fiji, CC's weren't popular so I registered for a PayPal account under Finland as my country instead(because PP doesn't support Fiji) and then verified my account by purchasing a VCC(Virtual Credit Card) online. Although against PayPal terms, I was never banned or anything. I have verified a few accounts using this method and the VCC was around $8.00 I believe...
Asking for a legit CC # for 5m is a far cry.

You can also create an Australian PayPal account which doesn't need to be verified or anything to be used freely. I can't vouch for how safe it is though, you may wanna use an Aussie Proxy.
