Ok have a plan but need guidance...

You people have convinced me not too go gamble.

So instead I planned to get my construction to 75 then make a Galtar and take my prayer to 95 from there, then quest for turm unless I already have it.

That'll cost me around 170M (Using frost dragon bones), Knowing that I'll only have 70M left which means I can either somehow try for 96 herblore or 99 mage and range if someone can tell me what method and how much cash are required for the 99 Mage and Range.

 

use a bot for 96 herb through attack potions, then alch those attack potions you should be 99 mage by the time you get 96 herblore through attack pots and you will spend nothing. That is how I did it I'm not sure on the current prices though but shouldn't be a big difference from what it was when I did it.

At the moment you could actually train to 99 while making a profit. The same goes for range.

Of course they would not be the fastest ways to train, but would at least lead to profit.

To profit in range I would suggest killing dragons and collecting their bones and hide. Killing a blue dragon will net you a 5k profit just in bones and hides, and killing a black dragon if your range is high enough your looking at 7.5k. Plus an extra 5m if you were to get a visage.

With mage high alching can be profitable! The other day I was making a 100gp profit on addy plates. Only buy in small increments however as the prices are always changing. Or you could find a monster to kill that has a good drop. That way the training is faster.

I have not been a member in a while, but I know these are the methods that I would use. I am sure that there are even better ones, but overall there should be ways in which 99 range and mage cost you very little, to the point you even profit from!

Total loss of 35M coins + 99 mage and 96 Herblore, then I'd need cost of 99 range from 51 doing chins from 55, then still have 170m price of 95 prayer but I'll be set to boss or do whatever after and ill max my combat stats.

 

35M for both 99 mage and 96 Herblore is not bad at all, I would go with that!

Save money on bones and just do Dragon Bones. With a bot it's only an extra day, but you save 70m.

dont make attack pots to 96 herb lol, then you need to spend even more money on extremes/overloads.

 

As stated above, do attack pots to 88 or whenever you start extreme attacks. Also, you won't need to buy all those alchs, you'll only need like 200k alchs (depending on level) for 99. 200k alchs = 13m xp so saying you have at least 34,431 magic xp atm you'd have 99 magic.
For range, don't chin from 55. Start chinning from like 70 or so you don't lose too much money.
You also don't need 75 construction, I made a gilded altar at 71. Just boost.

 

If you plan on botting you should do herblore via cleaning herbs - http://merchanting.geupdate.com/herblore.php tells you which herbs to clean for a profit. It ranges between 60-100k experience per hour too, which is pretty good.
For range, well just red chin it at the skeletons under ape atoll.
For mage, high alchemy it using this calculator http://www.scape-xp.com/runescape-high-alchemy.html to find items to alch for a profit

 

if you want to save quite alot of money dont do construction at all. Use w31 join "altar" friendchat and go to yanille there are at any given point a dozen or more open houses with constantly lit gilded altars you can use for free, this is not only going to save you tons of money but is actually FASTER training as you dont have to bother with lighting herbs ect ect. Also loggildedaltar (a script on pb) has an autodetect open houses setting on it and runs pretty flawless im getting a pretty constant 170-180k xp/hr using infernal ashes! (another cheaper option than dbones even) just some things to consider, you just bought this gold no reason to piss it away unintelligently. Cleaning herbs using a bot to 96 will take around 3-4x longer than doing it my conventional means even if using mouse keys or a super fast bot but you will profit by 10-15m as opposed to spending 50-60m if you are using a bot why not profit and take the slower route?! You wont be physically doing it anyways
