snow patrol has the username tentacool, pm him he may still be selling it, he didn't want much for it either.

 

Be sure to get proof from this guy, because I really doubt he owns Blastoise.
I know the person who owned it, but if I remember correctly it was stolen (recovered) from him. I don't know whether he ever managed to get it back or not.
