The vote to end all debates - Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi?

I don't believe he's better than Maradona, at least yet. I've always had Pele on top followed by Maradona, and Messi and Ronaldo fighting to stay in the top 10. I still think if Argentina managed to get a decent manager and pull there team together, with Aguero, Messi and Tevez at the charge they could have a good chance to go far in 2014.

 

neither will win anything for there countrys, i prefer messi as a player would love to see him in the prem as that would be a true test for him seen as ronaldo played in the prem and bossed it

I'd love to see Messi in the Premier League too - But he loves Barca too much. I don't think he'll ever leave, or if he does it'll be to the MLS or somewhere to finish quietly but with a lot of money.

Put Messi into the RM team and he won't be. Put Ronaldo into the Barca team and he'd be a much, much better player than Messi but he already is..

 

From what I've seen of Ronaldo, he's just a diving faggot. Sportsmanship and how fair they play also plays a big part in being the best football player. Messi wins for me. Messi scores goals for fun.

What are you talking about... Ronaldo isn't nearly as good as everybody makes him out to be, and he is in NO WAY better than Messi is now. (On their current teams).

Also, Madrid has the best possible team you can realistically buy... how would Ronaldo become better by leaving it?

Your link doesn't work, but you're right they've both dived a bit before. Ronaldo is nowhere near as bad as he was in the EPL with Man U.
