Orient Scammed me RSGP for a pure account

I tryed to buy an account off of Orient for 30mil cash and a AGS and he just logged off and never gave it to me. He claimed that he was send the email but never did. i have proof that i never recieved the email right here and i was using a perfectly new email made on hotmail.com . and He never even gave me the account details on Skype.

His Skype name is:tomb9872 but shows up as "Tom br" on the side bar i have a video of the whole entire chat from beginning to end right here.

I am so sick of this websites scammers i dont think ill be making anymore purchases for a very long time. But i will gladly stick with the sythe community and sell what i have and offer for RSGP only and other valuable services to the community as time goes on. But i am kind of dissapointed that i got scammed cause now i cant by my dragon claws that i wanted

You need to prove that the Skype you provided actually belongs to Orient, I've looked and haven't been able to find anything.
