Everything makes me sick

A little background about me. Im a freshman in college and 3 weeks ago i was diagnosed with being allergic to the following:
Almond
Buckwheat
Catfish
Coffee
Cranberry
Duck
Egg
Nut, Filbert
Malt
Milk, Cow
Mint
Mushroom
Brazil Nut
Oat
Oyster
Peanut
Peppermint
Safflower
Scallops
Sesame
Sunflower
Thyms
Turkey
Wheat
Yeast, Baker's
Yeast, Brewer's

Now as you can see i'm allergic to so many things. I hate the fact that i'm allergic to all this shit because i can basically eat nothing. If i eat any trace of this my body imediately. I dont puke, well i havnt yet but i literally have to go shit myself after eating within 30 minutes. Now since im a freshman youd assume id be gaining the freshman 15, however i lose weight like crazy. Im 6'4" and weigh 160. thats a big problem. I might put on 5 pounds in one days worth of eating but i drop it right after i eat.

So whats my problem; I have nothing i can eat. I have breakfast down (i eat gluten free rice chex with rice milk) and that does me well but since im at college there is little selection for my current problems. Almost everything now a days has traces of wheat or yeast meaning ill be sick after i touch any of the food. Anything fried has yeast for the most part, with the exception of potatos. I cannot eat french fries but any other forms of potatos i can eat (including potato chips) now i have a minimal list of stuff i can actually eat but its not a meal.

I play sports on a club level here so i need to have fuel in my body which is becoming harder and harder and on top of all that i am prescribed adderral which doesnt make me hungry and makes me extremely dehydrated.

What i am looking for in a response; any medication that will help sooth my stomach, food tips, or just anything that will stop me from feeling like shit.

Edit: if you are going to suggest medication please have knowledge of it, I am on amphetemines (adderral) and I can't mix it with anything that could have a negitive effect.

taking any advice at all from anyone who is not a doctor is a mistake no matter what they say lol

People react different to different stuff only a doctor can tell you what is safe

 

I think a lot of people on sythe won't really be able to help you much with specialized diets, have you tried consulting a dietician? If not, try asking your doctor about it + ask your family for help. If you arent still living at home, it'd be a good excuse for a long phone call with them to brainstorm some food ideas .

 

Well since I'm at college now I can't visit my dietitian until I go home for winter break.. I'm a broke college kid in a small ass town so organic stores aren't anywhere close. This thread was more about medicines to help calm my stomach after I have to eat some of that crap.

 

I don't believe anyone on Sythe is a qualified doctor so not many of us will be able to recommend any medication to take.

Can you not call your dietitian?
They shouldn't have just left you on your own just find out what you can and can't eat..

 

I eat celery a lot and love the taste of it, it is super healthy but also try some fruit, avocado, and salad some chicks love a healthy guy and eating salad may score you some points

 

Your best bet would be to honestly make your own food, and finding recipes that don't contain any of that stuff.
