EDIT: Wait is this a dual core processor? I seen Mobile AMD Sempron ™ Processor 3500+ on the page linked which is a single core. If this is not dual core I will want to retract all of my bids


I will not be going more than 125 besides something for shipping. 60ish bucks for a laptop with atleast 1 problem that is over 5 years old seems pretty decent. You could fix the issue in Windows and take it to a computer store and get between 50-75 and that is if the problem you mentioned isnt the only thing wrong with the laptop.

P.S I am pretty sure Explorer is failing to load correctly. You can manually fix it but you will have to do it every time windows starts up. Perm fixing it would be a clean install of windows probably.
