Promissory note

Hey guys,

I found a Promissory note in my lvl 3 stack account. With this you;re able to get 350k free xp in a skill of your choice. Everyone who was member in august has received it, when you were member in september it's a total of 1M+ free xp

I think it's pretty shitty, players gain about 30k xp per hr when they play the game?

What are your thoughts about it?

30k/h? it's 350k xp for the MONTH. So if you play for 10 hours over the whole month then yes it's 35k xp an hour... but people play way more than that :S

Anyway... I think it's a very good idea. I guarantee you that more people renewed their membership or even got members for the first time when they heard about this to get some free xp. Which is absolutely nothing for Jagex to hand out. It won't really change High scores for members in terms of ranking either because everybody is getting the XP, if that makes sense...

I think a FREE xp gain is really 'kind' of Jagex. Because even though you're most definitely paying for it by purchasing membership, you don't normally get this XP gain so it's good for 'free'. I also love the cosmetic items they've brought out

Just something different. I'd rather them do this than nothing at all

 

I don't like it either, but if jagex thinks that giving people more rewards for being a member will get them more money... There's not much we can do about the whole situation.

350k xp when you was member on august, you will get an other 700k xp stack if you are member the whole september


fagex melk their customers, cause they might know that a few will quit after bot nuke? (i think so)
