    i have a before pic- ill upload in a week or two once i feel ive gotten bigger

    problem- i cut my big toenail in half so i cant use it for pushups so i only use one foot for pushups still trying hard though

    will post a before pic soon...

    my goal is to get 100 pushups in a row by the start of 2013
    current amount of pushups im able to do in a row :23
    current amount of situps im able to do in a row:63
    reason why: just thought id like to try to set a goal
    week 1 total pushups and situps done week 1
    day 1:
    30 push ups- got tired
    40 situps - was really late at night
    day 2-3
    didnt do push ups /situps but swam for a hour or 2 so got some muscle...
    day 4-average
    100 pushups
    200 situps
    day 5
    nothing
    day 6
    50 pushups
    100 situps

    ashaxx-im doing this to bulk up and kind of a goal thing like you know you can do it
    nzsamurai-thanks for advice thats what im doing like 100 pushups and sits one day then 20-30 the next

    ie if u want to pledge 500 rsgp a pushup or 200 coins a situp just thought it would be a good idea
    i have decided that all rsgp will go towards a goal of being a host of flowers - after this goal is over

    Great thread! I've started my fitness sessions/weight training back up again... I did it before but it failed (the many times it has) but this time I'm going all in :) IDK whether you're doing this to bulk up, or whether you're just doing this to try and do as many as you can or something...

    I'll support for sure!

    Nice ;) Make sure to only work out 3-4 times a week to get maximum results.

    You can get it in two months my friend if you do this:

    1. Do pushups/ situps 6 days a week. Plan on 6 days a week and it will probably turn out to be 5. Two days of rest is definitely enough.
    2. Go until your reach muscle failure and collapse on the ground. Don't do sets of ten. Don't aim for a specific number and quit there.

    That's how most people in the military do it before a physical fitness test, and they are within your goal range.

    One thing that you can also do is just constant pushups and situps. If you play xbox and a video you die (call of duty) in between games do pushups and situps until the game starts.

    Wake up and do as nick said, until muscle failure, continue with your daily activities and then once again at night.

    just letting you know, you won't get any bigger in a week. it takes at least a month to notice a difference.

    no i'd rather do 4 sets of 25-30 of each.
