Looking for a signature, and large thread layout.

Hey my name is Habib, and I am looking to hire an artsy-fartsy graphic/artist to whip me up a spectacular signature and layout for my soon to be bazaar. What I need from the signature: A link to vouches, A link to store, and a display of my skype ID. What I need from the layout is a bunch of things, a list of my prices(Which can be edited anytime) Services, my store name(Habib's Middle Eastern Bazaar). What I would like to look like, Think Aladdin themed. With an iconic fat Arabian merchant. All cartoonish please, I want it to look friendly and funny. Will play requested amount provided that it is reasonable. Please give me an estimate before starting this project.
