with unverified account

thats all im trying to do, and ill pay 2 mill free.

So if u send me .10 cents or .01 cents i wanna see if i can send you 30 cents, cuz that woulda been more then you sent me

I will not comply with this but you can't send "more than you receive" from your unverified paypal. As the paypal is unverified you have not put money on it so you can only utilize money you receive. Therefore you are limited to sending what you have received or less.

 

You'd have better luck stealing everything needed from your Dad.

then i sent 100$

well there is a 500$ limit, but paypal lies about that, yes they lie to everyone who signs up

they say u can send and withdraw 500$ a month on unverified paypal but its not true because if it was i woulda been bought rsgp

so i wanna buy rsgp, the only way is if the person selling me rsgp sends me $


ok this is why im doing this, if someone whos verified, sends me $ a low amount for goods

then maybe its a glitch in there system, i can now send them my money, either 20 cents or 200 dollars
