I delivered a total of 600M last night @ 0.5/M. He wanted to transfer the money in 2 installments.

The first in 100M ($50) and the second in 500M ($250). When I went to sleep last night, the balance on my paypal displayed the $50 as available and $250 as "Under Review". (http://i.imgur.com/pYkke.png)

I trusted that it would resolve it self by the time I woke up, so I slept on it.

When I woke up, the $250 had been reversed and the $50 had a dispute case opened for it.

I am not accusing him of scamming me as I have seen him actively posting on the buying forums for 2 weeks now. I have already spoken with him on the matter and he said he would resolve it when he returned to the computer. I believe that he will follow through, but I am asking that he is given a TWC or ban for the time being.
