I'm paying for members but don't have it?

Hey everyone, I'm paying for members every month apparently but don't remember having it on any accounts? How do I find out what account it's on? :S

 

If you paying with paypal maybe you forgot to cancel your subscription and only thought it was for 1 month? Or the same thing with a credit card.

Have you sold any accounts that used to be members? Maybe your paypal was linked and re-activated.

If you want to just stop the membership, get on the phone with RS, that is what I did after my account was hacked.

 

Maybe, not too sure.. I don't know what account it is though.. would they be able to find out?

 

Jagex customer support via telephone tracked the payment from the transaction code to the account, then they cancled membership, and gave you these options:
1.Terminate account
2.Change password
3.erase all paypal history to the account.

 

I think you can click unsubscribe, then when it asks either by account, or card. Click the card option and put in your card info. You can cancel any membership linked to that card regardless if you have the login info to the account you're paying for.

 

You can unsubscribe without the account. Just need to do through your paypal/credit card.

 

Cancel this by card on the Runescape website if they still offer it. It shows the accounts that you are paying for and then can cancel it sucessfully.

 

What is the method of payment? PayPal? Credit card?

To be honest mate I have so many rolling subscriptions now: Spotify premium, Skype, games etc, sometimes I still get confused when I look at my bank balance and think "wut?" and have to run around finding out what I'm subscribed to so I can cancel it.
