I can do it.
I use a bot called Miscfirecaper on PB. It's a premium bot that costs ten dollars but I have found it to be extremely effective and it got me capes first time.
Good stats on it proves no trouble.

Obviously as it will take me no personal time it will be far cheaper than other offers.

Edit, I believe it can only do range / mage.
