A yarn for all to enjoy [BAN/UNBAN REASON]

A few people have been querying me regarding my ban and un-banning.
I've decided to write down a quick summary of what happened.

Basically my assistants Skype was compromised due to a RAT, then whoever it was that hacked it was posting it around on BugAbuse.net.

Zerkerfist contacted me saying I was being reported, and it took a little while to organize a meeting time as our time zones were so different. At this time the links were broken for some reason, and it was temporarily dismissed (although I made a case to Zerkerfist). A few days later JamRsPins was feeling cocky and made this thread http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1448683 basically whinging that his competition in the firecape/kilncape market was allowed to stay and take away from his profit margin. Quatakai obliged and banned me without consulting Zerkerfist who had originally taken up the case.

My assistant took this particularly hard as not only had he lost over 1b from the RAT, he had lost his income method of doing kilns.

I knew it would only be a matter of time until the truth was uncovered, but I was in despair about the time it was taking to unravel the case.

My shining knight Zerkerfist was valiantly defending me while I was un-able to, for which I am ever grateful for.

As time came and went little was happening. My homie's Emperor_Nero and Alma and a few others started making waves but they seemed to not be having much impact. I'm still grateful to them however.

More time passed, eventually mounting 2-3 weeks after my ban when I was able to contact They Be Trippin. He was kind of nice and said him and Quatakai would take a look at my case, but then seemed to be AFK ever since. In the meantime I was trying to contact other moderators but to no avail, they either did not have contact details, refused my invites on MSN or Skype, or simply did not reply.

Then, one glorious day I went and got Madden 13, came home and was jamming on that for a couple of hours. I went to try out the new game face feature, and Trippin informed me I had been unbanned. It turns out Karl gave his opinion on the case and decided I was innocent.

Thanks to all of the moderators that offered their opinions on my case, etc, but a special thanks to Zerkerfist who was basically the only Moderator willing to give me a chance at the time.
