Beware of this scammer: 1337aNGeldusT

Well, I did a couple of trades with him, so the last one gave him the chance to go 1st on paypal.
He was supposed to sell me a account of steam with the CS:GO fully unlocked and some additional games, instead, He didn't even changed the email of the account, and only the beta is activated.

Passed some days, he restored the account via mail and changed the password, so I can't access to the account anymore.

Additionally, he deleted me from skype without any alert, I can take captures if needed from the conversations, and from the account aswell.

I would like to know if I claim my money back from paypal sending a support ticket, and also want let to know to this website admins to stay alert about this scammer.

Can you guys give me some advices?

I'm thinking in send a support ticket to steam, tell them what happened, so that account will be locked aswell as all the accounts vinculated to that IP, since we are from different countries.
