Wow, player mod too. I'd say this could probably fetch close to a grand or so. People are already selling comp capes for ~$600 I think i remember seeing. Good luck with sale either way

 

Nice, like predictable mentioned, a comp cape combo'd with a mod status could fetch in a fair amount of dough nearing $1000-1200. gl
