Briefly explain the trade:
he was selling the staking guide to me for 35m so i gave him the money and he gave me the guide.
How they scammed:
on his original post before i bought the guide he stated that: he would refund my money in the case that i dont have investement money. because i did not have paypal money to purchase runescape membership for a level 3 account |everytime i preform the glitch so i requested refund. then he told me to steal runescape membership pins from apple stores illegally which i do not agree with.

original post said this "if you buy the guide and you're unable to do it even with enough investment, I'll return 100% money"-with the heading no stat requirements

then he changed his original post to include:" if you buy the guide and you're unable to do it even with enough investment but just due to stats, I'll return 100% money"-then he told me on msn that i didnt read the requirements properly

i dont think changing the op and then rejecting refund is allowed

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:

he filed a report on me for revealind information (about that u need membership everytime)

clearly shows that he does not want people to know that otherwise it would render this method not very effective

Even his original language has the disclaimer though that if you DO have enough investment money and it doesn't work, you'd get a refund. Nowhere does he say if you DON'T have enough investment would you get a refund. I don't think there's anything we can do here, but I'll leave this open for a response if you have one
