Quiting runescape for good and need extra cash for college

i have a level 97 (94 magic,52 prayer,85 woodcutting,81 fishing,79 mining,78 attack,85 str,72 def) he has 1213 total level, complete zammy book, and many quests such as desert treasure, monkey madness horror from the deep etc.

A level 82 (60 attack,82 str,45 def,81 range,71 magic,52 prayer, 77 fishing) She has desert treasure completed, all three books from horror from the deep, monkey madness completed etc.

A level 48 skiller (99 fishing,92 woodcutting)

on all three accounts there is a combined 200m+ in wealth (this is between the items and the gold). I am very open to negotiating prices.
