Scheetke/Runescape_Omega Ban evader

Why you think they are ban evading: Because his account was created very recently, same setup with his account selling threads. There is exactly the same account on his new accounts thread as there was on his old one which he scammed me for, that i also got him banned for and thats why i believe he is ban evading so i would like this user banned soon as possible to stop him from scamming any other users.

As you can see they are extremely similar and if you look up Coonstablev2 on Runescape high scores you will find the exact same stats on the new thread because that is what i changed my name to on the account as my original account name is Coonstable and i can show ingame. So please ban this user ASAP.
