Prepaid giftcards that pay worldwide?

I need a giftcard that pays world wide that I can get from shopright or walmart. I am from the US and mainly need to buy stuff online from UK for virtual items. Like Runescape Membership and stuff.. VISA giftcards only allow you to pay for stuff in the US. Is there any giftcards I can use? Thanks!

 

I never knew this but you can try to put your master/visa on your paypal and then attempt to pay for whatever you want thats in the UK.

Get a Greendot card from Walmart, they're right there next to the register. They work as a credit card and anywhere you can use a credit card you can use it.
