How many bots can I run

I have just brought a new pc this is the specification
Intell core i7 3930k 3.2GHz

motherboard: Asus p9x79

ram: corsair memory vengeance blue 32GB DDR3 1600 MHZ

graphics: x2 4gb MSI GTX690

hard drive: x2 750GB Seagate SSD

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

that's all the important bits can anyone tell me how many bots I can run

 

Nothing special should cope around 10-13 bots if you have a good Vps

Damn you paid £4000 for that? Could probably get it half the price :/
But yeh should be able to run at least 8 bots I would imagine... Just run it and do some tests

 

at the moment iv got 16 bots running and everything is going good hopefully I should be able to get some more going.

So sorry, I completely misread the OP.

 

It's £4000 because he brought a pre-built like an idiot. And OP, since it's a pretty new i7. You should be able to run over 15.

 

I brought it pre built because its water cooled plus overclocked that's to much hassle and I wanted everything running perfect

 

A few things.

1. Why did you ask if you were just going to run all the bots you could and tell us? I think this was more of a thread to show off your new computer.

2. No need to include your 690's in the original post, because it doesnt help botting, which reinforces my thought that this thread was to show off.

3. If you are not doing some serious video editing, I feel bad for you. You spent way, way to much on that PC. 1.5TB of SSD storage? Rsbot is less that 1 MB i believe. But, to each there own and I will not fault you for spending an insane amount of money on a computer.

4. RazerUK hates prebuilts. So watch out.

 

ok i admit it was a bit of a show off post lol
and I'm using it for some video editing but not a lot its mainly to run my 3 27" monitors and gaming
and i don't really know why I got the SSD storage

Nonetheless it is a kick ass computer, I can't imagine you needing to upgrade that thing for many years to come.

 

do you know if there is any way of water cooling the 2 graphics cards because there is not a lot of room between them and I don't want them burning out or anything.

 

They are fine, they wont burn out.
As for watercooling, you can water cool some GPU's, I am not sure about those ones. Its most likely in your computer you just have the CPU watercooled in a little loop, like a corsair H100 or something. So you would have to replace a lot to watercool the GPU.

 

You have no idea how much I hate them. It defeats the whole purpose.

 

First tell us what bot client you plan on using so we can properly assess your situation. Powerbot heavily relies on ram while Simba not so much.

 

My 3930k build for botting costed me $1100.. and KMJT, isn't there a limit on the amount of names you can run on pbot, I thought it was 6, previously ~12. And the ram comparisons for simba and pbot are pretty much identical at this point; I haven't used pbot in the past month since they removed local scripts and they've been going downhill since.

Regarding simba you should be able to easily hit 17-25 with a 3930k, depending on variables. And an SSD has zero effect on botting..

 

the computer was not brought just for botting and I brought the SSD's they are a lot faster than a normal HDD
