This method revolves around PPD's. Nothing new. I've seen better. This is an old saturated method, you can find better ones googling "PPD guides" or naming the ppd instead of putting PPD.

This guide is for noobs, but like I said there is nothing special about it. It mentions Black Hat methods to exploit people.

Black hat methods are not allowed. Even more the fact that this is an old method, not created by you. Theres better methods online for free.

EDIT: The claims for making $50 in ten minutes is an outright lie. It takes set up and a good niche to get people to even touch PPD links.
