Aims and Goals for Sythe...

What are your Aims and Goals throughout your time here at Sythe?

I've seen threads such as "How to get by on Sythe" etc. and threads helping newcomers. The majority of them seem to say, "Establish your short term and long terms goals".
I was wondering if anyone actually did this, I know for sure I did and I'll post my aims and goals below if you can be bothered to read them! ^_^

My Aims and Goals:
- Become a trusted member on Sythe, especially within the RuneScape markets as that's where I spend the majority of my time. I've managed to get 9 vouches so far in the time I've been here and hopefully will get a good 500+ within the next couple of years
- Make some good friends on here. I haven't really managed to do this yet, but I've only been a member for a little over 2 weeks so I don't really expect to. Anyone can message me any time if they just want to generally chat!

Anyone who has been here less than 8 months usually doesn't last. Not saying you won't, because I hope you do.

Just don't give into temptation. Sure you could scam a kid for a few hundred mil, but it would be so far from worth it.

What you can achieve here is endless. Jobs, respect, money, and all by being a legit person.

You seem pretty legit, let's keep it that way.

If you ever wanna hang out, go to the Spam forum, that's where I spend my time.

 

Aims:
Make money botting and selling gold.

 

My original aim used to be to make lots of money off membership sales. Then it moved on the be the best User Educator ever. Nowadays it's really just have some fun posting around and meeting new people

 

Just keep doing what I'm doing. Posting, browsing, trading (though not as much anymore)

 

Just chill out and teach people graphics, chat with all my bros, and see what comes up.

 

Your graphics are pro dude... I used to do a little bit of graphics myself, but not on a 'professional' level... I'd love to move into the graphics community in the future You'll have to teach me a few things when I do! hehe

 

My original aim was to sell accounts, and I've pretty much done the opposite, and instead immersed myself into the community.

Now my only aims are to continue to enjoy my time with the community, and to have a legit skilling thread so I can make some IRL money, as well as in-game currency.

 

I don't really have any goals.

I just want to keep on selling/buying accounts, and get more trusted in the process, I guess. Other than that, I like the community.

 

Similar goals to mine =) I've only been here for 2 weeks and the community seems great, far better than any other forums I've been on before!

 

All points you made I completely agree with, I see you around everywhere on the forum and seem like a very nice person which is great.

My aim is to sell gp on Sythe through a shop I'll hopefully open soon.
My main aim is to be community involved, help people out, post on threads etc.

To be totally honest I don't really know what an IRC is? Is it a chat or something? I've heard a few others talk about it but never really understood properly

No point in goals on sythe... just be yourself and do what you want to do. Trust will come along with being active on the site and market, everyone starts with none and there's not really any way to get around that period other than being active and honest

 

Stands for internet relay chat i believe, but yes its just a chat room. I cant remember the exact site name, just google sythe irc and you will find it.

My goals for sythe are just to talk to everybody on here, become well known and liked, and help people out, especially in the tech section.

I guess being a mod one day would be cool, but I am not going to actively work towards that.

 

the only goal i have right now for sythe is 300.00 donor

other than that i'm just trying to stay involved with the community

 

I don't really have any goals. I stopped playing RS quite some time ago. I only frequent the Off Topic section now.

50,000 Modlogs? Surely you passed that months and months ago :S
