Is Day Z good :/

wondering wether to play it

 

It's a very fun game, yes it has it's glitches and problems, but just having that open world, do whatever the hell you want, zombie apocolypse feel, it's just damn awesome.

You may get lonely after a while though, so it may be good to gather a few friends, or find people to find on here to play with with you.

Be forewarned though, the game is very resource demanding, if you don't have a strong computer with a decent CPU, Video Card, and Memory amount, you're going to be in trouble.

 

You can find yourself getting bored if your playing alone which is why I don't play very much since no one I know plays. So if you ever need someone to show you the ropes just send me a message

 

I currently do not play it, but when it comes out as a stand alone game I will most likely pick it up. I really like the concept, but it's not something that I feel a pressing urge to get.

I also imagine it wouldn't be very fun without a headset/good group of people, so I'm going to have to wait until I find those two things as well ^_^

it's fun but once you have high end gear like a guillie suit, night vision goggles, range finder, L85, AS50, it gets quite boring because you play so cautiously.

I haven't been to a major city in like 2 weeks.

 

I would wait for Arma II combined operation to be on sale on steam. Paying the full 30$ may be alot. Even more if you play alone

 

My laptop doesn't have the specs for me to try playing it, but I have a group of friends who are obsessed with the game. They seem to love the survival aspect of it. They seem to be most excited about it when they're talking about playing with friends though, so If you know any other guys playing sure give it a crack

What is this game? i'v seen videos and it's like a mix between a mmo and a survial zombie game?

Is it free? or do you have to buy it? i also am thinking about starting to play it.

if you were to compare it to other games is it like 3rd person cod/combat arms? or like what can you relate it too?

 

It's fun if you have a good PC and a good amount of friends.

 

If you can amass 3-4 friends you'll have a blast. It's tough to play by yourself since strength really does come in numbers.

 

I actually prefer solo some of the time, simply because the feeling of killing 3+ people solo is an amazing feeling.

 

its not really fun.
pretty damn boring and a ton of glitches
but hell, thats only my opinion.
