Rigna is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I sent 30$ expecting him to send 60m via RuneScape. He said he was waiting to recieve the money.
How they scammed: Ignored me after he recieved my money.

Rigna scammed me for real money.
It is hard to prove that someone has not sent you an item. Ever since the transaction I have been entirely ignored.

He had obviously planned this act of calling PayPal.




And finally is the proof that he is a "liar" which does not favour him when in defense of being a scammer. You can see obviously that he contradicts himself.

I have not received the item (RSGP). I have not heard from him and he has taken the $30.

I know this is a relatively small sum of cash. This was the first time I had tried to buy RSGP so I was a bit naive, however this scam has upset me and my attitude towards Sythe.

I would please like your help and suggestions on how to get a refund.
