It is closed due to me having multiple paypal accounts
the reason i cannot withdraw the money is because all of my bank accounts are linked to other paypal accounts so i cant withdraw the money to my bank
Youre bank must either be in the United States or Finland in order to withdraw the funds.

No its a closed paypal account the money on it is only eligible for withdrawal

Correct me if im wrong but i read through the forum rules i ddnt read anything about selling *your* paypal account that has funds on it thats locked
