Hi. i would like to know any way to prevent the seller recover back their account?

 

There is no way. Always a risk when buying an account

 

Buyin an account is never safe, the best thing you can do is to set a new PIN number on your bank, set an new email, new password and new recover questions, and dont touch the account until all these are set.

Dont buy mains, their owners can supply with "memory details" from their accounts, which can easily prove they are the true owners.
Pures are the safest accounts to buy.

Accounts are always recoverable no matter what, you just need to find someone you know you can trust on here, there are some that are legit account sellers, but i'm sure there are tons that will recover accounts, so you just need to be VERY careful on who you choose to buy an account from.

 

but if i change the email how they able to access it to recover?

I'm not certain but I don't think that they can. I lost the password to my main last week and couldn't recover without the email.

no ,i've heard something that you can recover an account with just the ip, idk if this is true

It is still possible to recover an account as the original owner, even if they've registered their own email and changed the password, and recovery questions.

Even if it's not through the regular recovery section of the RS website, there is still an email address owned by Jagex that you can email with your past email that was on the account, your old IP(s), and even past recovery questions and answers if you have them. Jagex has this option open for users whose accounts were hijacked, and so they still make it possible to bring it back to the original owner.

 

This is absolutely wrong.

Accounts are always recoverable. Period. No matter how Jagex changes their forms, you can (and will) get scammed in an account trade.

It's extremely easy to recover an account if you're the original owner. Even if you have all accounts details, you wont be able to do much about it.

If you really want to buy an account safely, there are a few sythe mods who sell accounts, and users who have donated $2000+.
