Ban Evasion Leniency

Hello

When people are banned, there are a select few that obviously regret their choices of what led them to being banned and may be a changed person
However, they can sometimes make the choice of making multiple accounts so that they can start anew i guess.

I'm not quite sure but I would assume that if a person that has been banned again for ban evasion, on top of their previous offence, the admins and mods reviewing his/her high pardon would be less likely to support the pardon then without the ban evasion.

I suggest that members who have been banned, then are again banned for ban evasion are reviewed without the ban evasion acting upon the choice of the mods/admins. But if he/her continued to scam on the second account then obviously she shouldn't be unbanned.

What do you guys think?

 

No support. It doesn't matter if someone has regret or not. They should have chosen to not scam in the first place.

 

ok what about more minor offences.

 

Minor offences normally result in a period of less ban. I just don't condone creating a new account. You where banned for a reason. Irl you don't get a get out of jail free card and neither should you here
