Membership subscription active my ass?

I log in today to see my membership is still active, but i can't log in to any members worlds. Ive looked at my account status by logging in on the official site, ive tried re-subscribing but nothing happens. Im so confused? Any help?

P.s sorry no pics, i thought it would be straight forward enough to explain it

How is your ass relevant? I don't get how your subscription can be active in your ass. Do explain and I might be able to help because I know someone who got a colonoscopy once.


In all seriousness, there's a section for this on the RSOF. You'll have to bump your thread a lot if you want it to be seen but Jagex is generally very helpful regarding stuff like this.

 

Always contact customer support first. It takes a while for them to contact you thats why. Sound angry like your going to stop buying membeship over this and you might get a complementry 30 days on them. Ya ya lol.

 

This happened o me a week or so back. I was using my credit card and had to cancel the card because I lost it. All I needed to was add my new card onto the thing and it restored itself.
