I'm going to give everyone a little bit of feedback on their applications. We're going pick out people and give them a trial run soon. Please notice, if you don't get accepted this time around, I will be using this thread for future applicants.


Joopiiii: Some of your answers were incorrect, but we're still considering you. If you work, expect to cover some parts of the weekends or a few hours a day. We would however require that you place a deposit of about $100, which we will gradually give back to you as you continue work.

Swaps4: Great answers, you're an almost perfect candidate. Good voice, and your typing skills are good. The timing is great as well. We will definitely keep you on top of the list.

Zuzel111: Your timings aren't that great, but maybe we can squeeze you in somewhere for the weekends. You're also not that great with customers, but otherwise we trust you and we'll keep you in mind.

Nummy: If you're just in it for the money, and not because you want a light job, I don't think this is for you. We'll still consider you, however, it's hard to fit you in when you didn't use the full application.

Davidp123: I think you would fit in better as a weekend person. Good answers, especially with the identification question. Plus you've applied in the past and seem interested in the job so that's a plus.

I'd 8-2 Be An Arsenal Fan: Good application, and the hours are alright. We will definitely keep you on the application list. The only issue would be trust, and we would most likely as for a deposit.

Sarune: Your timings are not that great. If we somehow need someone to cover that portion, we will get back to you, but otherwise, please don't expect to be hired anytime soon. Also, your vocaroo made my ears bleed, and that blood was portrayed by the red font you used in your application. Next time please just stick with the default font and use a headset.

alsoforgotmyusernamenpass: Timings are good for you to be a part-time worker, but not good on weekends. Good voice for phone calls, and good answes. We will however need a deposit from you if you do work for us.

-Ryan: Timing won't be that great, but I will contact you if all other applicants fail to fill the position.

Lito: Good timings for a few hours per day, and I also liked the reason for hiring you. Generally honest in your application, good voice, will keep you near the top of the list.

Boom Ko: Good hours, will contact you as a secondary choice, since you did not fill out the full application.

l2botbroski: We will keep you as a tertiary choice if all else fails.

Wrote_Murder: Your hours fit perfectly and I trust you. We will most likely hire you as a filler for Syed, so don't expect to work all the time, but you definitely have at least a solid week of work coming up. I'll contact you soon. Just try to keep it short next time on the answers, because I didn't even read why we should hire you, lol.

idontsmokeweeed: Hours aren't good. As I answered other people, we will keep you in mind but as a secondary choice.

I work part time right now, and I get pretty crappy hours just working part time. It all really depends on my schedule for work, and my work doesn't give me a set schedule or anything close to set.

How do you checkout using Google? You login through your google account, ensure that you have a credit card attached to the account, and follow the prompts through. Probably the simplest option. Also if it is your first time buying, you must provide firstly your credit card along with a drivers license or passport, as well as a phone number, to verify your identity. You must do this on each different form of purchase (paypal, onebip etc.).
Are static IPs better or dynamic? I would assume static ip would be the best for you, as you can keep track of a person alot easier. However, I personally have a dynamic IP and I prefer it, as it leaves less likelihood of someone being able to get into my pc and I can cover my tracks.
Are scanned IDs better or pictures from cameras? Pictures from cameras are better as it allows you to actually focus on a selected area, whereas a scan gives a lower quality image and can often leave reflections/blurryness. It really depends on the quality of the camera/scanner, and this is probably a trick question because the end of the day, both have their pros and cons.
If Grave's not there, and you don't know what to do, what do you do? I'd assume with most things, you would stop what you are doing, calmly tell the person you are having the issue with to bare with me, and wait until someone is online that will be able to help. It really depends on the situation. I would not proceed further in fear of exacerbating the situation.
Do you accept responsibility for your own chargebacks? I accept full responsibility for myself/errors.
What will you do while you work for us (e.g, games, Facebook)? I am in the middle of writing a book, so this would be something I would do whilst not needed, as well as keeping myself occupied. However, when on the job, I will be completely committed.

I think you should hire me because I have been in the Runescape Cheating community for years, I was a head middleman back in the day on fagex.net and I honestly, while I might not have the vouches, I definitely have the volume. I wish I had seen your posts in the spam forum, but I can't access it, due to lack of posts; or more primitively, activity on sythe.

For the most part my hours are completely open, due to my current lifestyle.

I could give you times, but most of them would be ballparks, and not very useful. I can easily say I am online more than 60 hours a week, though.

I have no problem in proving my Identity, or who I am at all. Me and my entire family are way more easily found through Google, than most. Mostly because my father has a very large history in the entire technology industry.

Your current gold prices seem to level off at 48 cents per million coins, via Western Union: due to the fact of increased security. (I assume.) They also look as if they max out an average of 60 cents, but this is all trivial and relative to looking at your homepage. I'm sure their are increased discounts in many ways on bulk orders, or specific usage.

How do you checkout using Google? Most is self-explanitory, but it is at its most primary description; another 'safety net' on top of other payment methods, including SMS, Paypal, and other currency transferring websites.

IP address wise, it really is relevant to why you are asking, they both have their ups and down, and definitely shortcomings. I assume you are referring to how you can check the legitimacy of one's past. In that case, static is much better, because it is relatively stable. (In the sense that it is supposed to stay the same.) All of this is also conditional as well, assuming you are finding the person: Because with most of today's technology, even idiots can mask their hosting-service back to early parents of their cable company or ISP on their router, and the physical address of the router is mostly linked to their individualized member of that parent address: (not specifying the last subset of 3 digits, at its core). Using a more hardware level method of tracking is much better. MAC address, or such nicks on their motherboard. (This is also evaluated much better on a case-by-case basis, because: with the right knowledge, these can be covered up to) I am firm however, that most of this won't be an issue.

Id's being better scanned, or from a photograph; this is all relevant as well.

Based on the current state of most of the populace this forum appeals to, I would assume a camera is better. This is knowing that most photo's I will be sent will be from a phone, of some sort.

If you're not their and I don't know what to do? I figure most of these situations won't happen in the first place, if you hire an employee base with common sense. Aside from that all falling through, I can easily contact another more seasoned employee, use google for most dilemmas, and if it gets extreme enough (assuming I have exhausted everything else,) I can tell you in a less disturbing way; a text message, or offline message: perhaps?
