WTF Happend to Rune Satchels!?

Does anyone remember them? I had like 10 on my main before it got hacked. What are they currently worth now? are they arare?
Just would like to know this stuff see if my main is worth recovering

Someone told me you have to do a quest now to get it?

 

I still have one in my bank lol i believe they're still availible from drops in the tower of life from the combination monster things too, and yeah, there untradeable :c

I remember them! I forgot all about satchels.. I believe they are non tradable now so their fluctuation has decreased significantly.

I completely forget the things existed, haha!

 

Rune satchels are not tradable, and can be obtained from the Newtroosts monster drop. It's pretty convenient for low level players as it only holds one cake, one banana and one sandwich - healing only 18HP in total. It also changes the "Beckon" emote, from a wave to a whistle instead.

The Newtroost NPC is featured in the Tower of Life quest when you use a feather and an eye of newt on the north-eastern altar in the quest. The Tower of Life can be found south of Ardounge. The Newtroost NPC has a combat level of 19 with 180HP. Its drops include a Tea flask, Eye of Newt (5-20), Coins (5-20), the Rune satchel, and Bones (100%).
