recovery/email question

can i still take the email and recovery off my acc or did they update it? could somebody please help me!?! thanks!

 

Very hard to do so.

You'll have to report your own account as stolen in the 'account help' forum. They'll give you a way to manually recover your account, and your recovery questions will be reset. Same goes for your email, but email will be set again while you're completing the manual recovery.

It's not worth the trouble.

 

It's really frustrating that they changed it. I can vouch that the above method sometimes works but you're better off just trying to change them. (Or if you're selling an account, asking the buyer to change them ASAP.)
