    How secure is your password?

I got two thousand years on my password, I'm curious what you guys have about your passwords that makes them reach the millions of years mark!

At least the chances of my password being hacked in my life time are essentially impossible.

    How secure is your password?

Just adding one symbol to your password (I.E. "@","!" or "%") can make it so much more difficult to crack.

    How secure is your password?

81 Billion years, pretty safe I guess

Am I the only one who also just spammed a bunch of keys to see what would come up? The highest I could go was 877 quadrillion nonagintillion years before it said infinity.

    How secure is your password?

okay first of all, my passwords suck because I don't care.

Second, those times they suggest are bs.

The time they give is how long it would take to bruteforce your password with a dictionary attack sort of thing. In reality it wouldn't take that long because people know how people make passwords so there's no need to try every single combination. I'm not doing a good job of explaining it, but anyone who knows what they're talking about will catch what I'm saying.

    How secure is your password?

PCs aren't as smart as I thought they were...

Would take 48 quintillion years to crack the english alphabet a-z...

3 octillion years if every other letter were capitalized...

    How secure is your password?

It would actually not take very long considering those would be one of the first passwords someone would try.

I don't believe this website is meant to be overly serious, neither this thread ;) To me it just seems like an a very, very, very rough guestimate :p
