Woman on the right - if you noticed the other two's stomach, the last woman on the right stomach looks different. Any guesses?

except that eating foods that are that fatty are pretty much as bad for you as smoking or drinking, I always thought it was retarded that smoking has to have all these fucking stupid labels and laws, drinking has to be controlled as shit in public, but eating food that will fuck you up requires neither...

 

It's all about the people's perception, alcohol and smokes tend to have a negative stigma that they can't shake.

 

It looks like she's a binge eater and that's why her stomach is like that. Either that or she has cancer of the stomach, a possible product of both drinking and smoking? Idk just my guesses.

 

If you looked at the girl on the right, shes eating healthy foods but not really sure due to the image. I can't figure out whats wrong with her. I agree with you Era of Storm, she could have a cancer in stomach but still open for suggestions on whats wrongg with her.

I guess the point of this photo is that cigarettes and alcohol are bad for you and it compares the two users with the non drug user.

This is all I can think of myself. I don't really know if binge eating can make your stomach really look like that though? She's eating particularly healthy foods anyway and surely that can't do anything.
