I generated enough support for a vote, but unfortunately, it did not go in my favor.

I was orignially banned for scamming back in 2006 on the account Sinix.
It had something to do with a PBP pin and a runescape account.
That was six years ago. I was a little kid pulling childish bullsh**.
Since then, I've tried to contact the guy that I scammed to repay him but he's been long gone for years (Proof of which was in my last pardon).

The other four accounts listed were each in turn banned for Ban-Evading, and rightly so.
Since my initial ban, on my first account, I have done my best to abide by the rules and can proudly say that I haven't scammed anyone in over five years.
I've generated thousands of posts between my accounts and a total of 50 vouches from some of Sythe's most reputable members.
My thread 'Why you shouldn't commit suicide' is the most viewed thread in the Personal Support Section- something I am very proud of.

I have genuinely changed since then. I've grown up and matured into a young, respectable man.
I believe I was 12 or 13 when I joined Sythe, and now I'm 20 years old.

My last pardon contained much more detail on the actual legistics of what happened.
This pardon, I'm trying to move past that. I made some poor decisions, and HUGE mistakes when I was a kid.

I am now a man.

Sythe is like a home away from home to me.

I would like to return to the community under my original account, Sinix.
The rest of my tags to remain banned, and all vouches that I've acquire to remain void.
I propose a permanent TWC with no chance of appeal, as well as a three month marketplace ban.
All of which are conditional on this pardon being accepted, of course.

I'm looking for a chance to prove that I'm not a piece of crap.
I'm looking for a chance to prove that I have something to give.

Your very first ban was in 2007 and you scammed 3 PBP pins AND 10k lobs (no idea what that was worth at the time) which is much different from "yeah I scammed like a pin or something".

Absolutely no support. Relying on mods to take what you say as the 100% truth and not dig into your history is a poor choice

 

My first ban was over 5 years ago, and that's a long time to remember the exact details.
I believe what happened was he gave me the lobsters and the pins and I gave him an account.
When I went to use the pins later, I found that they had already been used (he tried to pull a fast one on me).
I kept the lobsters and placed a recovery for my account back.
I already explained this in my first pardon and tried to make contact to pay him back for the lobsters.

I forgot all about that Synex account. As you could see- I didn't have it for very long.
Honest mistake, I should have included it in my opening post.

The guide leaking was bogus. I bought the guide. It didn't work.
I contacted the guy who sold me the guide and asked for support.
He didn't reply; wouldn't give a refund; so I posted the guide asking if anyone could help me figure it out.

As for the account that I sold a few times, I believe both Korrupt_Kreed and Gibsondude101 both paid with paypal and used the charge-back methods.
I think Gibsondude's was more of a mistake than anything.
He paid using his mom's paypal and she didn't give him permission to.
I never posted scam reports because in both cases, I hadn't actually lost anything.
Arveenth got the account banned for botting.
When I found this out, I was able to recover the account/get RS to unban it (saying the account was stolen).

Like I said in my OP, I've made many mistakes and poor decisions.
This pardon isn't about trying to justify my actions, but rather to show change.

Everything that Video has brought up were things that happened, literally years ago.

We all have things we wish that we could have handled differently; I more than others.

I'm not trying to deceive anyone nor get away with anything.
I'm merely looking for another chance.

A couple shady trades shouldn't overshadow the dozens (of considerably larger values) that went smoothly.

And if there's any doubt of my intentions, I'm more than willing to hold a marketplace ban for any given period of time.

Proof cannot be provided.

I used to use my father's Paypal address because I was underage at the time.
I no longer have access to his account nor do I know if its even active.

It bothers me that I'm being judged on events from years ago and it seems the staff have already made up their minds.

Both pardon attempts that I've made were done on my own accord- I turned myself in. I'm doing all I can to try and rectify my actions and start over with a clean slate, but the staff can't find themselves able to give me another chance based on the merit of change. How am I supposed to prove myself?

Here's what I've read about being granted a successful pardon:

If you see it fit, permanently ban me from the market place if the soul concern for allowing me to return is fear of scamming. Over the past few years, when I've had the accounts N01s Perfect, and Ieatjello, I was given the opportunity to scam half a dozen times. I chose not to. I have no intent on being malicious, nor wronging anyone.

I've already suggested an indefinite TWC- I deserve that.

All I'm asking for is another chance: and if it's my last chance, all the more reason to show that I won't need another.

I'm trying to show that I'm no longer a threat to the community. I've provided vouches, community involvement, and age/maturity as my defense. This past year, I've done nothing but try to show the change in the man I've become. I don't know how many times I can say I'm sorry before it doesn't carry weight, but I'm willing to keep saying it! I wish I would have acted differently. If I could go back and change things, I would. Unfortunately, I can only change my current, and future, actions.

Please, give me another chance.
