What do you think of PlayerAuctions.com's support?

This thread is to get your input on what you think of PlayerAuction.com's support system, for example live chat and replying to your emails. I think they have improved it quite a lot lately and their live chat seems to be on so much more than it used to be. Before it was never on when I needed it but now it seems to be there waiting. What are your views on their support, and your reasons why?

 

I haven't used them since the following happened to me:

I sold an account, everything went well, but then PA sent me an email stating that I broke their rules and had to pay a $450 fine if I wanted to continue using their website. Coincidentally this also was exactly the amount of money I sold the account for ...

 

Bad. Been over 72h and still no email back. Live chat escalated it several times (they say).

 

I've talked with Live support because site didn't work for me. I talked with them twice and got told they'll tell it their IE or w/e team. After 2 weeks now I still can't access page. I'm sure I am not IP banned.
