Correct there is no rule but it suspicious if I wanted to buy/sell a product I would not mind using A TRUSTED MIDDLEMAN but you are insisting not using one. I highly DOUBT a TRUSTED MIDDLEMAN WITH 1k+ VOUCHES WOULD SCAM FOR 40mil.

From 1 to at least 40 Attack: Can do for free.
from 1 to at least 30 Str (As you see fit).: Can do for free, up to level 40.
From 13 to at least 60 Range.: Can do to 30 or 40 free
From 1 to 60 Mining. Can do to 30 free
From 5 to 50 Thieving. Can do to 30 free
From 1 to 25 Fletching. Can do up to 60 fletching free.
From 1 to 70 Magic. Can do free if runes are supplied entirely.
From 1 to 55 Woodcut. Can do to 60 free.
From 47 to 49 Firemaking: Can do as high as you want free.


VERY few of these I won't do free. If you are willing to, allow me to do some of these for free. Would cost you less, and would take less time for one person to finish the big job itself.
